How long does shipping take?

Metro cities: 3–5 days. Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 days. Remote pincodes: 7–12 days. Pre-orders/imports can take 10–18 days. We dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, on serviceable pincodes. A small ₹49 handling fee is added at checkout for COD orders. See our COD & RTO page for details.

Everything on style91 is sourced through verified suppliers. What we ship is exactly what's shown in the product photos. We don't fake reviews or mislead you on quality.

How do returns work?

You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return for damaged, defective or wrong items. Change-of-mind and hygiene items aren't accepted. Full details on our Returns page.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll get an email and WhatsApp with your tracking ID and courier link. You can also use the Track Order page any time.

What payment methods are supported?

UPI, all major debit/credit cards, netbanking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed via Shopify's secure checkout — we never see your card details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship only across India. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Sure, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email hey@style91.in with your order ID and we'll cancel or update it. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible.
