By accessing or using style91 (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or using the site with parental consent, to place an order.
2. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless noted otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product info errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received (or COD is confirmed on WhatsApp/phone). We may cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, the pincode is not serviceable, or there is suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, natural events, strikes, or local restrictions.
5. Returns & refunds
All returns and refunds are handled per our Returns Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the site.
- Place fraudulent COD orders (repeat offenders may be blocked).
- Resell products without written consent from style91.
7. Intellectual property
The style91 name, logo, product photography, copy and site design are our property. Do not reproduce without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the seller's registered state.
