COD & RTO Policy

COD is available, but fake orders waste money and slow down real customers. Please read this before choosing cash on delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD option is shown at checkout if your pincode is serviceable. We may disable COD on your account if multiple COD orders are refused or returned unopened.

COD confirmation

For COD orders above ₹999, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before shipping. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically. This helps us reduce fake orders and ship faster to genuine buyers.

RTO — Return to Origin

RTO happens when a courier tries to deliver but the customer refuses the parcel, gives a wrong address, or is not reachable after multiple attempts. The package comes back to us and we lose shipping cost both ways.

  • If your order is RTO due to a wrong address, you will not get a refund.
  • If your order is RTO due to refusal, we may block COD on your account.
  • If you genuinely want to cancel, do it before shipping — not when the courier is at your door.

How to avoid RTO charges

  1. Enter your full address with landmarks, flat/house number, and correct pincode.
  2. Keep your phone reachable on delivery day.
  3. Choose prepaid/UPI instead of COD when possible — it ships faster and has lower RTO risk.
  4. Confirm your COD order when we reach out.

Important notes

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that look high-risk.
  • COD fee is non-refundable even if the order is returned.
  • Repeated RTOs may result in account-level COD restriction.
