Overseas delivery timelines

Most drops ship from CJ warehouses via express air. Order processing takes 24–48 hours, then transit begins:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata)7–12 days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities10–15 days
  • Remote / Northeast / J&K / Himachal / islands12–18 days
  • Domestic in-stock drops3–5 days

ETAs are estimates. Sales, festivals, customs checks, or weather may add a couple of days.

How tracking updates work

    Within 24–48 hrs. AWB (tracking ID) is sent as soon as CJ hands the parcel to the carrier.

    Live scans via CJ Packet, YunExpress, Yanwen, 4PX, or DHL. Updates every 24–72 hrs.

    Cleared Indian customs
    Parcel handed to local partner: Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Shiprocket, or India Post.

    Out for delivery
    Last-mile updates arrive same-day. You’ll get an SMS + WhatsApp before delivery attempt.

Buyer protection

Every order is covered by style91’s buyer protection promise. If any of the below happen, we refund or reship — no arguments.

  • Parcel doesn’t arrive within 30 days of dispatch
  • Item arrives damaged, broken, or defective
  • Wrong product or wrong variant shipped
  • Order lost in transit or stuck in customs > 15 days

Raise a claim within 7 days of delivery (or 30 days from dispatch if the parcel never arrived). Email help@style91.com with your order ID and a short photo/video.

Parcels must be paid for and opened after delivery is confirmed. Refusing a successfully delivered COD parcel counts as a failed delivery and the COD fee is non-refundable.

Returns & refunds

Not vibing with your order? You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  1. Go to My account → Orders and hit “Request return”.
  2. Our team schedules a reverse pickup in 24–48 hrs (available on 18,000+ pincodes).
  3. Once we receive and QC the item, refund is initiated within 3–5 business days.
  4. Prepaid → refunded to source. COD → refunded to your bank account or store credit.

Because we source globally, we don’t accept “change of mind” returns on discounted / final-sale drops. Damaged, defective, or wrong-item cases are always covered under buyer protection above.

All Indian states & UTs. Some pincodes are surface-mode only (adds 2–3 days). Non-serviceable? Full refund in 3–5 business days.

Important notes

  • ETAs are estimates and may shift during festivals, sales, weather, or customs holds.
  • Wrong address / unreachable phone = failed delivery and possible re-shipping fee.
  • International parcels may require a one-time OTP from your carrier for customs clearance.
